Stay Dangerous PRC is a brand operated by BTDMX LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stay Dangerous PRC and BTDMX LLC.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our online store and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

We do not guarantee that every product, size, color, or variation will remain available.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available size information before ordering. Fit may vary depending on the garment style, manufacturer, material, and individual body type.

Size or color exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and are subject to product availability.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order.

If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number, or billing information provided during checkout.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delays may occur due to production, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping and delivery are further governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, incorrect orders, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
